/ppIn this context, we are seeking a highly qualified bNon-Key Expert – Space Applications Expert, Satellite Navigation Connectivity /b to support activities related to satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems, satellite connectivity and the development and uptake of space-based applications across Africa.
/ph3Minimum Qualifications and Skills: /h3ulliUniversity degree at bMaster's level /b in bengineering, telecommunications,
aeronautics, geomatics /b, or a related field.
/liliExcellent command of bEnglish /b.
/liliWorking knowledge of bFrench and/or Portuguese /b will be considered an asset.
/li /ulh3Minimum General Professional Experience: /h3ulliMinimum b8 years of professional experience /b in bsatellite navigation, telecommunications, satellite connectivity and/or related applications /b.
/li /ulh3Minimum Specific Professional Experience /h3ulliAt least b4 years of professional experience working on satellite-navigation or connectivity applications /b, including GNSS and SBAS, aviation or maritime applications and/or satellite broadband.
/liliWorking knowledge of Galileo and EGNOS, IRIS2 and relevant African navigation and augmentation initiatives is an asset.
