– The role is responsible for providing first-line support to customers and agents, managing the order entry and fulfillment process accurately and efficiently, and independently handling small to medium-sized customers within the assigned area, with the aim of ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Area Managers and Sales Accounts in all pre-sales activities, including database maintenance and sample request management;

Independently manage all operational after-sales activities, starting from order entry through to order fulfillment;

Constantly monitor the order portfolio and shipping dates to ensure deadlines are met; regularly review expiring orders to avoid unnecessarily tying up available stock for extended periods; monitor orders pending approval to ensure they are released by the Purchasing Department within the agreed timelines;

Provide prompt and accurate support to customers and agents, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and consistently promote customer satisfaction;

Monitor return orders, managing data entry in the system, following the instructions provided by the relevant Manager, and keeping all departments involved informed;





Carry out operational procedures for following up on overdue customer payments in accordance with current company procedures;

Independently manage the collection of sales documentation required for regulatory purposes to provide proof of export, following the instructions of the relevant Manager.

Requirements and skills

3–5 years of experience in commercial or sales support roles within structured companies;

Degree in Economics, Languages or a related field;

Fluent English; knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus;

Good working knowledge of a company ERP system;

Previous experience in the packaging and/or cosmetics industry is preferred.

A fixed-term or permanent employment contract is offered, with an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) between €25,000 and €30,000.
