Job Description Albelissa is an international consultingfirm providing high-value services in engineering, information technology, andbusiness process outsourcing.
Position: Logistics& Planning Specialist
The successful candidate will coordinate domesticand international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries andaccurate handling of logistics and customs documentation. The role involvesworking closely with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and logisticspartners, monitoring shipments and proactively resolving issues.
KeyResponsibilities
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, includingimport/export and customs-related documents.
Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance withapplicable regulations.
Organise and monitor ADR (dangerous goods) shipments in accordancewith transportation requirements.
Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues anddelays.
Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
Requirements




At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, OrderManagement, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating shipments and managing logisticsdocumentation.
Knowledge of import/export processes, customs procedures, andinternational transportation.
Familiarity with ADR shipments is considered a strong advantage.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Location
Contract andCompensation
An initial three-month collaboration agreement , with the possibility of renewal, under the Italian collaborazione coordinatae continuativa (co.co.co.) framework. This is a collaboration arrangement,not a salaried employment contract.
The indicative gross monthly compensation is €2,400–€2,800 , depending on experience and skills.
