Meet and exceed region-specific KPIs (Italy and Greece) and drive performance
Prospect and qualify new hotel partners through research, networking, and tools
Negotiate, close, and secure net-new hotel supply
Articulate Airbnb's value proposition via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Add net-new hotels by moving leads through the funnel efficiently
Identify and launch new markets, supporting lead generation and cross-functional coordination
Support onboarding for won sales opportunities
Implement scalable strategies to maximize impact across hotel partners
Build and maintain strong partner relationships with hotel and serviced apartment operators
8+ years of sales or account management experience in a fast-growing startup, tech, or hospitality
Hospitality experience is a plus
Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written)
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail-oriented yet fast-paced
Strong relationship-building and influence abilities
Balance day-to-day work with strategic execution
Quick learner, willing to take calculated risks to achieve goals
Willingness to travel ~30%
