Gross Annual Salary: *************** euro /ph3About the role /h3pAs an Internal Auditor at Euronext, you will join Group Internal Audit – an international team working across countries and business lines.
You will help strengthen the company's risk management, internal controls and governance, and you will quickly take responsibility for real assignments, working closely with experienced colleagues.
You will report to the Group Head of Internal Audit and collaborate with colleagues across Europe.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complexity, thrives in change, and can maintain focus under high exposure to multiple stakeholders.
/ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliLead audit assignments with a risk-based approach, focusing on areas that may hinder the achievement of organisational objectives.
/liliThe Senior Auditor is responsible for evaluating and contributing to the improvement of governance, risk management and internal control processes through audit engagements and ongoing monitoring activities.
/liliManaging all aspects of assigned audit engagements, including planning, execution, supervision of team members,



communication with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality audit reports; /liliDeveloping and executing risk-based audit programs and testing procedures; /liliIdentifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for risk reduction and process improvements; /liliPreparing and guaranteeing the quality of the formal Audit reports for distribution the Audit Committee, Boards and Senior management; /liliContributing to Internal Audit's recommendation follow-up process and liaising with management on progress in implementing improvement and development items; /liliSupporting the annual risk assessment process and planning process of the Internal Audit plan; /liliEnsuring that audit activities follow applicable standards and are documented in line with defined methodologies in the organisation's internal audit tool; /liliContributing to Internal Audit's reporting and communication activities to relevant stakeholders; /liliSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function.
/li /ulh3Who are we looking for?
/h3pYou have at least five years of relevant audit experience, ideally from the financial sector.
/pulliBachelors / Master's degree or equivalent /liliExcellent analytical skills, able to identify key risks and issues in complex information.
/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
/liliProven ability to work proactively, take ownership, and maintain focus under pressure /liliProven ability to Handle a fast-moving, complex environment with frequent changes /liliProven ability to work collaboratively within teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
/liliFluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
/li /ulpThe position is full-time, based in Milan,



and reports to the Group Head of Internal Audit based in Paris.
