Achieve sales targets for Certification and Training offerings
Build and manage relationships with key clients, including C-level stakeholders
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Grow and retain existing accounts with high customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing,
and Operations teams
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and reporting
Support and execute strategic sales initiatives across the territory
7 to 15 years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record in new business development and account management
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers (C-suite)
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles
Background in TIC, certification, consulting, or training services is a plus
Degree-level education or equivalent
Native Italian speaker with good command of English
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret financial and sales data
