In this role you lead a team of Area Managers at an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, driving operational excellence to meet performance targets. You orchestrate shifts, partner with HR, Finance, Safety and Security, and design site-wide initiatives to improve safety, quality and productivity. Degree
Experience in people and stakeholder management

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
