Posizione:
The Agile Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving software development initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and predictable delivery.
The role combines Agile delivery practices with project management disciplines, supporting cross-functional teams in managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
The Agile Project Manager operates in an international and distributed environment across Italy, Switzerland, India, and the USA,



coordinating software development and, where applicable, AI/LLM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive the
planning, coordination, execution, and delivery
of software development initiatives across cross-functional teams.
· Manage
project scope, milestones, priorities, dependencies, risks, and impediments
, ensuring timely escalation when required.
· Coordinate
Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, development teams, and stakeholders
to maintain alignment on objectives and delivery plans.
· Support the decomposition of
Epics and Features into manageable and incremental deliverables
, including for AI/LLM initiatives.
· Track delivery performance through actionable metrics such as
lead time, cycle time, throughput, Sprint Goal success, and delivery predictability
.
· Facilitate
planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, status reviews, risk management, and dependency management
activities.
· Provide clear and transparent
project status, delivery forecasts, risks, and progress reporting
to stakeholders and management.
· Promote
Agile and continuous improvement practices
, helping teams identify bottlenecks and improve delivery effectiveness.
Requisiti:
· Proven experience as an
Agile Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
in software development environments.
· Strong practical understanding of
Agile methodologies
, including Scrum and Kanban, combined with solid project management capabilities.
· Strong experience with
project planning, delivery tracking, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination
.
· Experience using
delivery and flow metrics
to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve predictability.
· Good understanding of
software development lifecycles, CI/CD, DevOps principles, testing, and modern engineering practices
.




· Strong experience coordinating
cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
in complex enterprise environments.
· Excellent
communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
, including interaction with senior stakeholders.
· Fluent spoken and written
English
; experience or exposure to
AI/LLM initiatives
is considered a plus.

In compliance with applicable pay transparency legislation, we provide the following information regarding the initial remuneration envisaged for this position.
The position will be classified within the Employee category, at one of the C2, C3, B1 or B2 levels under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).
The classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate's professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and the responsibilities required by the role.
