We are looking for a Communication Assistant to join the EFSA Digital eXperience & Discovery team (Communication Unit) to support the Scientific Output Publication process.

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in communication departments within international organisations;
Experience in and knowledge of communication principles, internal communication, editorial standards;
Experience with scientific publishing and AI would be an asset;
Proficiency in IT tools (e.g. MS Office software).




Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, ScholarOne, Copyright Clearance Center will be considered an asset;
Behavioural competencies: working with others, analysis and problem solving, attention to detail, time management, priority setting and planning, customer focus, resilience and composure.
Assignment: initial contract of 3/4 months, with possibility of extension.
Expected duration of assignment: 12 months.
Salary: approx.
€ ****,00 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week.
Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
