Our products mainly serve applications such asIV administration, infusion therapy, drug delivery, puncture/access devices and other disposable medical consumables.
We work closely with international customers and our R&D; and technical teams in China.
About the Role
We are looking for aJunior R&D; Engineerto support product development, testing, validation and manufacturing process improvement.
The ideal candidate hasaround 1 year or more of experienceinmedical devices, R&D;, engineering or another technical role, particularly in areas related to plastics, polymer materials, injection molding or manufacturing.
Candidates with0–1 year of experiencemay also be considered if they have relevantinternship, academic project or technical experiencerelated to medical devices, plastics, materials, injection molding, tooling or manufacturing.
For candidates with limited professional experience, Hantech Medical Italy can provide training and technical development.
Key Responsibilities
SupportR&D; and new product development projectsfor single-use medical devices.
Support product testing, validation and technical documentation.
Assist withplastic injection molding and manufacturing process optimization.
Support material evaluation and performance improvement.
Work with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to solve technical issues.
Collaborate withChina-based R&D; and technical teamson product development and engineering projects.
Support new product industrialization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field, such as:
Biomedical Engineering / Bioengineering
Mechanical Engineering
Materials Science / Materials Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Plastics / Polymer Engineering
Mold & Tooling / Manufacturing Engineering
or a related STEM discipline
Around 1 year or more of relevant experience is preferred.
0–1 year candidates with relevant internships, academic projects or technical experience will also be considered.
Experience inmedical devices, plastics, polymer materials, injection molding or toolingis preferred.
Strong technical learning ability and willingness to develop within the medical device industry.
Language Requirements
Candidates should haveChinese plus one of the following:
Chinese + Italian
Chinese + English
Candidates withfluent English and native Italianare also welcome.
It is not necessary to speak all three languages.
