Gerresheimer seeks an HR professional to ensure effective policy implementation at our manufacturing plant in Italy. You will support management and staff in recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR reporting while promoting engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Travel to the San Vito al Tagliamento moulded glass plant will be required. The role requires degree-level education, 5–6 years in complex industrial environments, and strong English, analytics, and organizational skills.
