implementation needs and adoption prioritiesRun the project cadence, including meetings, decisions, actions and follow-upsCoordinate customer and internal workstreams, making dependencies visible and addressing blockers with the right teamsWork closely with Business Analysts, Product and delivery teams to keep customer needs and implementation priorities alignedCoordinate rollout readiness, including testing, training, user preparation and go-live activitiesTrack progress and early adoption signals to identify risks, gaps and areas requiring attentionLead the transition to the Account team once adoption is stable, ensuring status, open points, risks and next steps are clearly carried forwardSurface practical AI-enabled opportunities to streamline customer workflows and reduce manual workCapture feedback and lessons learned to improve Professional Services tools, templates and ways of workingThe skills you bringFluency in English and Italian1-2 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, SaaS implementation, customer delivery or another customer-facing environment,
