We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion team.
You will lead infrastructure projects and network strategy across Europe to optimize last-mile delivery nodes, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth.
This role involves partnering with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and Supply Chain teams to execute key network initiatives.
Annual Salary: *****€ - *****€

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Program/Project Management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
Experience defining program requirements using data, standardizing processes, and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.
Track record of end-to-end delivery,



continuous improvement, and presenting results to executive leadership.
