/ppIf so, you could be the right person to join our Finance Team as astrong Business Controller /strong /ppIn this role, you will support the Business Controlling team in monitoring the financial and operational performance of our Ground Rail activities.
/ppWorking closely with Finance and Operations, you will develop a solid understanding of management control processes, business performance, cost drivers and profitability, contributing to reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.

/ppbr/ppstrongYour Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport the analysis of financial and operational performance across Air Ocean activities.
/liliAssist in monitoring revenues, costs, margins and key business performance indicators.
/liliContribute to monthly management reporting activities, analysing actual results against budget, forecast and previous periods.
/liliSupport the preparation of periodic reports and performance analyses for Business Controlling and management.
/liliAssist the team during budgeting and forecasting processes, collecting and analysing financial and operational data.
/liliMonitor financial and operational KPIs, supporting the identification of key trends and performance variances.
/liliHelp analyse the main operational cost drivers, including volumes, productivity, labour and warehousing costs.
/liliSupport profitability analyses by customer, contract or operational site.
/liliWork with Operations and Finance teams to ensure consistency between operational information and financial data.
/liliSupport reconciliation activities between accounting data and management reporting.
/liliContribute to the preparation of dashboards, presentations and business performance reviews.
/liliParticipate in the development and improvement of controlling tools, reports and data analysis processes.
/liliSupport ad hoc financial analyses and business cases according to business needs.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongWho We Are Looking For /strong /ppbr/ppstrongEducation /strong /ppBachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related field.
/ppRecent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply.
/ppstrongTechnical Skills /strong /pulliBasic understanding of Management Control, financial analysis, accounting or corporate finance.
/liliGood knowledge of Excel and confidence working with numbers and datasets.
/liliInterest in business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
/liliInterest in logistics, supply chain and operational business environments.
/liliKnowledge of Power BI, ERP systems or other data analysis tools is considered an advantage.
/liliGood command of written and spoken English.
