Within the Shoes Product Development Office, the candidate will follow all the activities related to the materials research (Leather, Fabrics), considering both stylistic and production needs.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the style office for the stylistic trends and to check research results; Materials research and development; Define a raw materials development specification; Collaboratewith Quality Department in order to define the technical aspects, testing activities for raw material and to verify compliance according to the company's qualitative parameters; Use the database to register the technical data sheets of materials shared with suppliers; Monitor theorders of samples leather; Control thequality and follow the industrialization of raw materials; Anticipating and managing production issues, proposing solutions when required.ProfileBachelor's Degree in Fashion/Product Management or in a related field; At least 5 years of experience in the role and in the fashion industry; An experience in industrialization of leather is considered a plus; Excellent knowledge of materials (Leather and Fabric)
and of production processes; Strong attention to new trends and research; Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); Knowledge of Stealth **** and Model Form is a plus; Excellent communication skills, attention to details and high level of accuracy; .
