Creator programme
Find, pitch and sign creators in Italy, from nano to mid-tier, who can drive sales
Negotiate rates and deliverables, and hold creators to them
Brief creators on product, hooks and brand tone
Track spend, revenue and ROAS per creator, and flag underperformance early
Spot inauthentic engagement and inflated views before we pay for them
Own the roster: who is active, who is paused, who we drop, based on ROAS
What you need
Based in Milan or within commuting distance
Fluent in English.
Our team, contracts and reporting are in English.
You are organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it.
You chase, you follow up,



you notice when a number looks wrong.

Experience managing creators or talent, with results measured on sales or ROAS
Nice to have
Existing relationships with Italian fashion or lifestyle media
You have a personal audience of your own, so you understand how creators think and what they want.
Comfort with spreadsheets, Notion and Google Drive
