SFT, RL, distillation) and evaluation methods /lilifamiliarity with embedding models (e.G. bi-encoder/cross-encoder) and their fine tuning /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongNice to have: /strong /pulliexperience with agent protocols (e.G. MCP, A2A, ACP) and agentic design patterns /liliexperience with synthetic data generation approaches for the evaluation of AI Systems /lilifamiliarity with vector databases (e.G., Pinecone, Qdrant, …) and integration with AI systems, for example RAG /liliexperience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
