La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy, and we are looking for an experienced
Production Planner (m/f/d)
to strengthen our production team.
Our group operates modern coffee production facilities in
Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio
, covering
coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging
.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Planner with
at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry
and a solid understanding of the complexity of industrial coffee production.
Your Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate
daily
, weekly and monthly production schedules
Align production plans with
sales
forecasts, demand and inventory levels
Coordinate production capacity across
roasting
, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines
Monitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization
Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain a smooth production flow
Coordinate closely with
Production
, Procurement, Logistics and Quality teams
Identify opportunities to improve production planning, efficiency and capacity utilization
Support continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows
Your Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the coffee industry
Practical experience with
coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and/or coffee packaging
Strong understanding of
industrial coffee manufacturing processes
Experience with
ERP, MRP or production planning systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach
Ability to manage and coordinate
complex, multi-line production environments
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments
Experience in companies such as
Illy
, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet's, Caffè Vergnano or similar industrial coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.
