and due diligence
Assist in legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad
Collaborate with a highly specialized, cross-functional team on market-significant matters
Italian law degree with ******* minimum and current license to practice in Italy
Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Project, Energy & Infrastructure at a comparable firm
High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus
Vocation for the legal profession, strong negotiation and communication skills
Global mindset, adaptable in an international environment, eager to grow
