As part of our strategic expansion into Italy and the upcoming opening of a new Vignette Collection resort in Sicily, we are seeking a General Manager with strong leadership skills, strategic vision and a passion for luxury hospitality, ready to lead this landmark project and position the resort as a leading destination in both national and international markets. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOperational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold luxury standards. /liliTeam Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. /liliStrategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive overall performance. /liliStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across FB, commercial, and rooms management to ensure cohesive and efficient operations. /liliQuality Assurance: Ensure compliance with brand standards and continuously identify opportunities for service improvement. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience in a General Manager or senior management role within 4/5-star luxury properties. /liliStrong background in FB, commercial operations, and rooms management.
