Your Role: As a Food R&D; Intern , you will be part of our Food R&D; team and will lead, supported by our Raw Material Specialist, a scientific project aiming to improve internal knowledge about our key ingredients and their functionalities.
Project proposal : Characterization of the functional properties of a specific ingredient type in systematic model matrices, followed by evaluation in complex application matrices Phase I – knowledge: Literature review, scientific state of the art on the topic Phase II – Systematic characterization: Analytical evaluations of micro & macro functionalities Phase III – Application study:
