We are currently looking for a talented bField Service Engineer /b to join our growing team in Italy.
/p pWe are looking for an experienced bField Service Engineer /b to provide technical support to dealerships and service centers across Italy.
/p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle issues, performing root cause analysis, and supporting technicians in resolving technical concerns.
This role requires strong diagnostic expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with dealership personnel.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport dealerships and workshops with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting activities.
/li liPerform root cause analysis on complex technical issues.
/li liUse diagnostic equipment and software to identify faults and recommend solutions.
/li liProvide on-site technical assistance and coaching to service technicians.
/li liDeliver technical guidance and training to dealer network personnel.
/li liPrepare and maintain technical reports and case documentation.
/li liEscalate critical issues when necessary and collaborate with internal technical teams.
/li liEnsure high standards of customer satisfaction and technical service quality.
/li liTravel regularly to dealerships and service centers across the assigned territory.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
/li liMinimum 2-3 years of experience in vehicle diagnostics, technical support, workshop operations, or field service.
/li liStrong knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
/li liExperience using diagnostic tools, testers, and troubleshooting methodologies.
/li liAbility to analyze technical data and identify root causes.
/li liFluent Italian and professional English (B1/B2 minimum).
/li liValid driving licence.
/li liAvailability to travel extensively.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience supporting dealer networks, workshops, or aftersales operations.
/li liPrevious experience within the automotive industry.
/li liTechnical certifications in diagnostics or vehicle systems.
