Responsabilità
Monitor plant performance and manufacturing KPIs
Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization
Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation
Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures
Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations
Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover, quality costs)
Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
Support audit activities and reporting improvements
Act as financial partner to plant management and facilitate communication with HQ
Requisiti fondamentali
8/10+ years of experience in Controlling in industrial/manufacturing environments
Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies
Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international environments
Experience with Indian manufacturing operations highly preferred
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures
Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools
Languages: Fluent English
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
