Overview
In this role you will support Group Shared Services Financial Controlling to ensure consistency, steering and monitoring of the financial impact of shared services.
You will lead analysis of budgets for Cost Centers, Strategic Initiatives and other Shared Services, identifying variances between budget, actuals and forecast.
You will partner with GHO and other finance teams to align financial impacts and coordinate budget controls and reporting.
You will oversee cost reallocation in line with transfer pricing policies and internal rules, and promote best practices across the group.

Responsabilità
Lead analysis of Cost Center budgets, Strategic Initiatives and Group Shared Services, identifying variances between budget, actuals and forecast
Partner with GHO and other Group Shared Services finance teams to align financial impacts and coordinate budget controls and financial reporting




Oversee cost reallocation and communicate with Group Business Units in compliance with transfer pricing policies and internal policies
Drive financial best practices in line with group policies and defined framework
Support consistency and monitoring of financial impact of shared services across the organization
Contribute to accurate financial reporting and cross-functional coordination
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
At least 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling, preferably Cost Controlling
Experience in project management / controlling is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel
Fluent in Italian and English
Analytical thinking
