Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end recruitment for SC Johnson in the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified Talent.
You'll shape sourcing strategies, build talent networks, and manage university relations to strengthen the employer brand.
You'll contribute to regional and global TA initiatives, including D&I;, referrals, and training, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Responsabilità
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer
Develop targeted sourcing strategies (direct, referral, networks, online channels)
Build and maintain talent networks for current and future opportunities
Manage university relationships and careers events in Milan area
Review applications and assess against role requirements
Lead interviews and support behavioral-based assessments
Partner with hiring managers to craft recruitment strategies and guide decisions
Provide clear candidate information and manage interview logistics and offers
Collaborate to improve recruitment through shared strategies and reporting
Contribute to TA initiatives: training, employer branding, referrals, diversity & inclusion
Participate in local, regional, and global TA projects
Track metrics and report on hiring activity
Support continuous improvement from feedback
Support recruitment training and university engagement initiatives
Engage in social media and recruitment communications
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of progressive recruitment experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple stakeholder relationships
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday preferred
Fluency in English plus at least one European language
Willingness to travel within the region; limited overnight travel
Bachelor's degree
