?AtLantania, we are looking to recruit anHSEQ Site Technicianto join our projects inItaly, ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of health and safety, environmental and quality standards across our projects.
The role will have a cross-functional presence on site, working closely with production teams, the technical office, subcontractors, the client and the corporate Integrated Management System teams.
?Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with allhealth and safety, environmental and qualityrequirements applicable to the project.
Prepare, review and keep up to date plans, procedures and records related to the Integrated Management System.
Coordinate H&S; documentation, contractor coordination activities, permits, authorisations and administrative requirements associated with site activities.
Carry out inspections and internal audits, identify deviations and promote corrective actions.
Manage non-conformities, incidents and accidents, including follow-up and closure.
Coordinate inspections, testing and quality controls with the different stakeholders involved.
Monitor the traceability and conformity of materials, equipment and supplies.




Monitor HSEQ indicators and prepare periodic project reports.
Oversee environmental and waste management, as well as compliance with the measures established for the project.
Prepare and coordinate the HSEQ documentation required for project close-out and final handover.
Required profile
University degree or equivalent qualification.
Training inOccupational Health and Safety / Risk Prevention.
Minimum of2 years of experiencein HSEQ-related roles.
Advanced level of English (B2–C1) is essential.
Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
Valid driving licence.
Desirable qualifications
Specific training inquality and environmental management.
Knowledge ofISO ***** and carbon footprint calculation and management.

We are looking for a professional with strong organisational and analytical skills, autonomy, initiative, leadership and a results-oriented mindset.
The ability to coordinate effectively with different teams, communicate clearly, manage priorities and exercise sound judgement when dealing with incidents or deviations will be especially valued.
