Cassandra is Hiring: Lead Django Developer What We Offer Stock Options: Available in the early stage
Trial Period: Initial 6 months, then renewal

Team Building: Every 6 months, a 3-4 day retreat with travel and accommodation covered Hard Requirements Programming Languages & Frameworks: Python / Django (adhering to Django Styleguide)
Databases: SQL APIs: REST API Version Control: Git Development Methodologies: Agile / Scrum Testing: Unit Testing with Py Test Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role Responsibilities and Duties Develop and maintain the Django platform managing over €500 million in annual advertising budgets Working and leading the development team Analyze requirements, propose solutions,



and plan implementation strategies Develop high-quality software with a focus on reliability and performance Achieve over 90% unit test coverage Create and maintain comprehensive documentation Monitor development performance, optimize efficiency, and collaborate with teams Promptly and effectively resolve bugs and technical issues What We Particularly Appreciate Proactivity and Autonomy: xysqume Ability to take initiative and work independently
