Support Corporate M&A; transactions under supervision of senior lawyers
Assist in drafting and negotiating deal documents and closing mechanics




Contribute to due diligence and regulatory analyses
Participate in training programs and professional development
Collaborate with international teams across Dentons' network
Engage in pro bono or client-facing activities when appropriate
Requisiti fondamentali
Italian Law Degree with ?*******
Current license to practice law in Italy
1–2 years PQE in Corporate M&A; at a comparable law firm
High level of English (Certificate C1)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
