Overview
In this role, you will support the Group Capital Steering unit by advancing the Capital Plan and solvency analysis activities.
You will develop methods and tooling to track Own Funds and its projections, and contribute to solvency disclosures and capital monitoring.
You will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of capital development and KPIs, including potential strategic initiatives such as M&A.;
You will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely insights that influence capital decisions and regulatory disclosures.
Responsabilità
Analyse Group Own Funds development on actual closings and projections for Capital Plan; define methodology and implement supporting tools
Contribute to Solvency Ratio roll-forward disclosures (internal, external, regulatory) for actual closings and Group Capital Plan; support ongoing capital generation monitoring
Support quantitative and qualitative analysis on Group capital development and related KPIs; assist on strategic initiatives like M&A;




Requisiti fondamentali
Master's Degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance or related disciplines with strong quantitative focus
2–3 years of work experience in finance, risk management or actuarial
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of Tagetik platform and/or AI supporting tools (plus)
Understanding of cross-functional topics (actuarial, accounting, financial) or willingness to learn
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Previous abroad experience (study/work) preferred
Good communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
Adaptability, curiosity, continuous-learning orientation
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
