In this role you support the Asset Rotation team across sell-side transactions for renewable assets, bridging financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution. You'll ensure documentation completeness and alignment among internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. You handle VDR management, Q&A coordination, and prepare materials for reviews and management. You will work cross-functionally to improve due diligence processes and deliver timely, audit-ready outputs.
