pWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Planner to join our manufacturing site in Gambassi. Reporting within the Supply Chain Manager of the site, the Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production scheduling, optimal utilization of manufacturing resources, and on-time delivery of customer orders. /liliAct as the primary interface between planning and production to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. /liliRespond proactively to operational disruptions, including delayed raw material deliveries, equipment breakdowns, capacity constraints, and urgent customer requests. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPerformance Monitoring Continuous Improvement /strong /pulliMonitor production performance and adherence to established schedules. /liliTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery and Capacity Utilization. /liliIdentify planning bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service levels. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives as the manufacturing site evolves and business requirements change. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications and Skills /strong /ppstrongRequired Qualifications /strong /pulliPrevious experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a comparable ERP system. /liliStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities. /liliProactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach to work. /liliSolid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement,
