/li liGather, document, and formalise business requirements.
/li liSupport the design of functional and operational solutions.
/li liPrepare functional documentation and analytical reports.
/li liCollaborate with IT, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams.
/li liMonitor process performance and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
/li liSupport strategic decision-making through data analysis and actionable insights.
/li /ul pThis role is ideal for analytical, well-organised professionals with excellent communication skills who can translate business needs into clear requirements and effective operational solutions.
Previous experience in business analysis, consulting, or other data-driven roles is considered an advantage, although motivated candidates with strong analytical abilities will also be considered.
