ABOUT THE TEAM
Within Customer Services, theService Excellence & Customer Advocacydepartment is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the quality of Aftersales activities, while also contributing to the future evolution of the Sales environment.
New resources will be integrated primarily into theService Qualityarea, within a dynamic and transversal organization strongly focused on quality improvement and operational excellence.
The department enhances service quality by improving the processes implemented by dealers and repairers, supporting standardization, simplification, and effectiveness of daily operations.
A key role is also played by the continuous development and enhancement ofportals, websites, and ICT toolsused by dealers and repairers in their day?to?day activities, with the objective of increasing efficiency, reliability, and overall service quality.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for aProject Manager & Power BI Reporting Specialistwho can combine strong project management capabilities with a solid data and analytics mindset.
In this role, you will be responsible formanaging end-to-end projectactivities while designing and delivering impactful Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, translating complex requirements into structured insights and actionable outcomes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate and deliver projects, ensuring alignment on scope,timeline,
budget and quality
Manage daily project activities, stakeholders, priorities and dependencies
Identify risks and issues, define mitigation actions and escalate when needed
Ensure propergovernance,documentationand reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Translate business needs into reporting requirements and analytical use cases
Design, develop and maintainPower BI dashboards and reports
Build and manage data models usingPower Queryand best practices
Define and track KPIs usingDAX
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and usability of reporting solutions
Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g. SharePoint, local files, data warehouses such asSnowflake)
Manage data refresh processes and contribute to automation initiatives (e.g. Power Automate)
Perform data analysis usingSQLand large datasets
Explore opportunities to leverageAI and Copilotfeatures
Act as a key point of contact between business, digital and data teams
Facilitate meetings, workshops and progress reviews
Deliver clear, structured and data-driven communication
Support decision-making through reliable and timely insights
WHO YOU ARE
3–5 years of experiencein Project Management and/or Data & Analytics roles.
Degree in Business, Engineering, IT,
or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
Strong knowledge ofPower BI(reports, dashboards, data modeling, DAX).
Experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions,
Good knowledge of SQL and data environments (e.g.Snowflakeis a plus).
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Clear and structured communication.
Proactive and curious approach to data and continuous improvement.
Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders.
FluentEnglishis mandatory.
Additional languages are a plus.

Salary range: from ******€ to ******€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
