The Retail Coordinator is responsible for achieving the qualitative and quantitative chain objectives through the organization and coordination of retail staff activities. The core responsibilities of the role include: 1) applying the commercial strategy by assigning the sales objectives to Retail Supervisors; 2) supervising the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the Retail Supervisors, proposing possible corrective action; 3) coordinating and managing the people assigned, acting as interpreter and spokesperson for the phenomena and needs of the commercial network.
Qualifications
- 1.01 Coordinates all assigned resources (costs/people) in order to guarantee the objectives defined based on company guidelines and standards, planning and organizing the activities of the Retail Supervisors
- 1.02 Develops the knowledge of the Retail Supervisors assigned through off/on training activities online. The main knowledge to be developed must include, by way of example, products, customers and sales techniques
- 1.03 Lead the team: motivates and coordinates the resources under his/her direction, in order to achieve the commercial objectives, defining the targets to be achieved, carrying out support and training activities for new hires
- 1.04 Supports the Retail Manager in implementing the Retail Strategy, with particular attention to Retail supervision activities (analysis, diagnosis, interventions, etc.)
- 1.05 Monitors and reports structured feedback relating to specific area of the relevant sales points, through the assigned Retail Supervisors
- 1.09 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities
- 1.10 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both xysqume process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
- 1.11 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as an interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community

- - Good Knowledge of English (C1) / Other foreign language would be considered a plus

- -Full availability to travel abroad
- - Previous experience in the role (at least 6-8y)
