We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager OE to expand our European OE Team.
Responsibility
Serve as the primary point of contact, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support to assigned clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries and complaints.
Assist with sales and business development strategies, including creating sales plans, explaining pricing, and identifying new opportunities for existing and new clients.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams,
and senior account managers to develop and execute sales strategies.
Monitor and report on the status and performance of client accounts.
Implement strategies to retain clients, often through proactive engagement and after-sales support.
Qualification
Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position
Experience in the Tire Industry
Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams
Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Fluent in English - Any other additional language is a plus
Open-minded, team work and cross-cultural communication
