/p h3Tasks /h3 pWhat you'll do: /p ul liEnsure efficient and safe load planning /li liOversee smooth freighter handling /li liAct as a key contact for LCAG stakeholders and customers /li liSupervise timely airmail handling /li liLead service recovery when challenges arise /li liSupport operational excellence through invoice checks /li /ul ul liHold regular meetings with GHA to review and enhance service performance /li liMonitor subcontractor performance, report deviations, and initiate corrective actions /li liMaintain and analyze performance dataAct as GHA contact for irregularities, escalation, and emergencies /li liEnsure strict compliance with safety and security procedures /li liMake operational decisions when needed or in supervisor's absence /li liSupervise, coach, and develop GHA and LCAG staff, conducting spot checks /li liOptimize staffing, prepare schedules, authorize overtime /li liProvide regular feedback to management and implement operational improvements /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pThe ideal candidateshould meet the following requirements:



/p ul liHigh school diploma/GED /li liLogistics/airfreight experience desirable /li liFluent in English Italian (German a plus!) /li liCHM/GOM qualification /li liComputer skills (MS Office) /li liStrong communication /li liSafety security mindset /li liCustomer-focused attitude /li liReliable, committed, and professional /li liTeam player /li liValid driver's license /li /ul pInformation regarding the compensation package for this position will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with applicable pay transparency regulations.
