Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Training & Development Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences is required.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is required.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills are required.
Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact is required.
Experience with instructional design principles is preferred.
