The Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Milan office.
This role is highly sales-oriented. We are specifically looking for someone who is confident speaking with clients, able to build trust quickly, and motivated to convert leads into business.
Candidates with sales experience are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads and client requests
Qualify clients and understand travel needs
Support brokers in building offers and closing deals
Follow up actively to increase conversion rates
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accuracy
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Ensure fast response times (high-performance environment)
Requirements
Strong communication and sales skills
Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
Sales experience preferred
Confident speaking with high-end international clients
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests
Compensation
Fixed monthly compensation
Variable premio for each client successfully converted

This rrole is structured as a freelancer position.
We are looking for candidates willing to open a freelance position (Partita IVA) or already operating as freelancers.
