- Represent infra domain in architectural discussions and resolve multi‑team challenges

- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience

- 5+ years focused on infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, CNCF landscape)

- 2+ years as a technical lead with distributed, cross‑timezone teams

- Experience with distributed systems and event‑driven architectures xysqume (Kafka, NATS)

- Kubernetes architecture and operational experience (operators/controllers, platform primitives)

- Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scaling within platforms

- Proven delivery track record from inception to shipping

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Bias for action and decision documentation

- Strong communication
