La preghiamo di leggere attentamente la seguente descrizione del lavoro per assicurarsi di essere la persona giusta per questo ruolo prima di candidarsi.Job Title: Logistics Service RepresentativeDepartment: Logistics / Supply ChainLocation: Rho MIReports to: Logistics Team Leader - South of EuropeType: Full-timeRole Purpose: Ensure end to end operational continuity across inbound, outbound, warehousing, and documentation processes, covering raw materials and finished goods (solid, liquid, hazardous), and waste streams, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service performance.OverviewJob OverviewJob Title: Logistics Service RepresentativeDepartment: Logistics / Supply ChainLocation: Rho MIReports to: Logistics Team Leader - South of EuropeType: Full-timeRole Purpose: Ensure end to end operational continuity across inbound, outbound, warehousing, and documentation processes, covering raw materials and finished goods (solid, liquid, hazardous), and waste streams, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service performance.The role also oversees the efficient planning and execution of finished product shipments to final customers, along with the full management of import and export activities, ensuring adherence to international trade, customs, and transport regulations.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities1) Yard, Gate & Transport CoordinationVehicle Entry & Exit Management and Vehicle Entry Control and Coordination: manage access, in&out; weighing, scheduling, checklists, and flow.Wagons Management: plan and supervise railcar arrivals, positioning, loading/unloading, weighing, and documentation.2) Inbound Raw Materials, Waste, Finished ProductSolid and liquid Raw Materials, Waste and Finished product Weighing: ensure calibrated, traceable weighbridge operations and recording.Goods Receipt for Raw Materials: execute/verify GR postings, quality/quantity checks, and documentation completeness.Waste Management & Waste Forms: manage compliant waste handling, documentation, and dispatch.Methanol Registration & Ammonia handling: maintain registers, traceability, and regulatory documentation for hazardous materials.Return Order: process and coordinate returns.3) Outbound & DistributionRaw material and Finished Product Shipment: plan, prepare,



and dispatch orders per customer/warehousing requirements and conditions.PMMA Shipments scheduling, packed product and bulk: coordinate specialized modes, issue and dispatch documentation, and safety checks from internal and external warehouses.MAM shipments scheduling: plan loads and MAM-related schedules; align with production and carriers from internal and external storage/loading places.Sample Shipments: prepare, document, and track samples in compliance with transport rules - carrier website.Control Charges in Shipments: verify accessorials and extra charges before approval.Return Order: process and coordinate returns.Manage customer and internal complaints, including logging, investigation, and root - cause analysis.4) Warehouse and inside logistics OperationsGoods Receipt for Finished Product/Tolling (WH) and Return (WH).
Picking, Packing & PGI (WH).
Stock Control for Raw Material and Finished Product: cycle counts, adjustments, root cause on variances.Annual Inventory Management / Stock Count.Warehouse processes for Downgrade and Code Change, ensuring accurate material handling, stock adjustments, and full compliance with logistics workflows.Stationery - Tools availability.Plant Work Authorization Form handling.HSE Support for Non-Conformities: record, contain, and support corrective actions.Maintenance Notice Entries: open/track maintenance notifications for equipment impacting logistics operations.5) Documentation, Records & ArchivingDocumentation Issuance and Document Archiving.Entry Files: prepare, review, and archive.Stock File Entry maintenance.Daily Reports / Daily Printouts and Reports.Daily Error/Block Control.6) Systems, Programs & Master DataVIM, FSD, LBN: execute workflows and monitor exceptions.SES:



create/approve service entries.LOG PR/PO Creation & PR Entries.Invoice Control FO with Issues.Monthly SOX Control activities.Operational Procedures & Checklist Fulfilment.7) External Partners & NetworksExternal Warehouse Stock and Tollers management.Import/Export documentation and compliance.Contractors coordination.Support for GBS for Invoices and Carrier Communication.Spot Freight Quotation: obtain and compare spot rates, support selection per service, cost, and compliance.FourKites (or similar visibility tool): monitor shipments' milestones and proactively manage exceptions.Marine Insurance: coordinate coverage for sea shipments where applicable.Transporter Complaint Management: log, investigate, and close-out carrier-related issues.Key SkillsStrong planning, prioritization, and coordination.Attention to detail with disciplined documentation.Stakeholder management.Problem-solving and root-cause analysis.Safety-first mindset.Analytical skills.Effective communication.KPIs / Success MeasuresOn-Time In-Full (OTIF).
Cycle times for gate and wagon/vehicles.Inventory accuracy.Error/Block resolution lead time.Invoice dispute cycle time.SOX/HSE audit results.Complaint closure time and recurrence rate.Waste management compliance.Working ConditionsOn-site operational position with daily presence required.Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Willingness to work overtime when required to support operational needs.Demonstrates strong teamwork and flexibility, able to shift between tasks and provide cross - coverage within the team.Ensure coordinated planning of vacations, absences, and on - site attendance among team members to guarantee continuous office coverage and uphold service continuity.QualificationsRequired QualificationsExperience: 3-5+ years in logistics/warehouse operations, preferably in chemical/manufacturing.Systems: Proficiency with SAP/S4HANA, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows.Regulatory & Compliance: HSE standards, ADR/IMDG/IATA basics, Incoterms, waste management regulations, SOX controls.Languages: Proficient in English; local language.
xysqumeThe base salary range for this role is € ****** - € ******.
