Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Italian market
- Onboard, and manage key partners including system integrators, distributors, and strategic accounts
- Leverage existing customer network and continuously expand business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders,
industry influencers, and decision-makers
- Represent UNV in major industry initiatives, exhibitions, and customer engagements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and support standardization initiatives
- Ensure proper alignment of initiatives with the most suitable partners
- Work closely with the local team to review and update business plans on a quarterly basis
- Report KPIs and business performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, Business or Engineering background preferred
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the CCTV / video surveillance / security industry
- Solid understanding of system integrators, distributors, and project-based sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels (technical teams to executives)
- Native-level Italian, fluent in English, a valid drive license is a plus
