This is not your typical HR role. As P&C Manager Italy, you are fully responsible for the entire People & Culture domain within the Italian NSO. You operate as a true owner: from hands-on execution and administration to tactical sparring partner of the General Manager and contributing to strategic workforce decisions. You will be the go-to person for everything HR-related. One moment you are drafting contracts or handling complex labor law cases, the next you are shaping workforce planning or improving processes.
