You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs Footwear Product Developer, your main contribution will be to develop high-end quality collections for designated product categories in close cooperation with Product Manager and in line with company standards and business goals for quality, cost, sustainability and delivery. You will report to Product Manager and play a vital role by:Follow development critical path from initial design through to pre-production, including technical development of lasts, uppers, soles, materials and componentsManage components and sample purchase orders and maintain accurate data on pricing, lead-times, minimum quantity,
surcharges and special documentationOrganize and track shipments of products across development stages and keep a well aintained archivePartner with quality team on quality testing and analysis of raw materials from prototyping to sampling stagesMake comments on the various proto stages and communicate to suppliers on day-to-day operationsEnter product data input in internal system PLM and maintain correct information on BOM and product levelMaintain balanced communication and a good working process with both internal departments as well as external suppliers to meet all product requirementsWHO YOU AREYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
