As a Human Performance Data Specialist at Technogym, you translate performance data into actionable training innovations and personalized programs. You will build predictive models, apply advanced statistics and machine learning, and translate findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with engineering, marketing and commercial teams to embed analytics into product development, supporting evidence-based decision making.
