These values describe the attitude, behaviors, and mindset that MICLA team shares across its various locations. /p /brh3Posizione: /h3 /brpbLocation: /b Italy /p /brpbEmployment: /b Full-time /p /brh3The role: /h3 /brpYou will be involved in the bdesign, development, integration and validation of LV wiring harness systems /b, working closely with Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Components, Manufacturing and Quality teams. /p /brh3Main Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDefine and develop LV wiring harness architecture and systems according to vehicle requirements. /li /brliManage electrical distribution, circuits, connections and interfaces between electrical/electronic components. /li /brliSupport the definition of wiring harness routing, topology and packaging. /li /brliAnalyse and solve electrical and functional issues throughout the development phases. /li /brliSupport design reviews, validation, testing and troubleshooting activities. /li /brliCollaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams during development and industrialization. /li /brliManage technical documentation,
specifications, change requests and engineering issues. /li /brliContribute to the continuous improvement of wiring harness design, processes and methodologies. /li /br /ul /brh3Technical Requirements /h3 /brul /brliDegree or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Automotive Engineering. /li /brliPrevious experience in automotive wiring harness / electrical systems is preferred. /li /brliKnowledge of electrical architectures, schematics, connectors, terminals and wiring components. /li /brliFamiliarity with automotive development processes and engineering documentation. /li /brliKnowledge of CATIA, NX, Capital, KBL, E3S or similar tools is considered a plus. /li /brliGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /li /brliAbility to work in international and cross-functional teams. /li /br /ul /brh3Soft Skills /h3 /brul /brliExcellent communication and synthesis skills. /li /brliCollaborative team player who can also work autonomously and independently. /li /brliFlexibility and availability to travel as required. /li /br /ul /brh3Languages /h3 /brul /brliItalian: fluent/native. /li /brliEnglish: good working proficiency. /li /brliKnowledge of Spanish or French is considered a plus. /li /br /ul /brh3Altre informazioni: /h3 /brh3What We Are Looking For /h3 /brpA technically solid professional with a structured approach, attention to detail and a strong interest in automotive electrical systems and wiring harness development. /p /brpJoin MICLA and contribute to the development of next-generation automotive electrical architectures. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
