ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a Product Support Specialist who will provide day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnswers customer and field support questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.
/li liCoordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
/li liIdentifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs.
/li liGathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff.
/li liCoordinates with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pSkills required /p ul liStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills for technical issues related to system integration and infrastructure.
