/pbrKey Responsibilities:brullibr/liliRepresent Missoni as an Ambassador of the brand: exhibit pride, passion and affinity for the Brand through positive attitude, body language and personal presentationbr/liliWelcome, smile and approach customers displaying a cordial attitude, friendly manner and willingness to serve;br/liliUnderstand customer's needs and answer their questions providing an excellent service;br/liliHandle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved in time guaranteeing high level of customer satisfaction;br/liliPossess excellent product knowledge in order to be able to advise customers in the most competent and precise manner;br/liliEstablish and nurture long-term relations with customers based on trust, caring and empathy.br/liliAchieve and exceed sales goals through showing outstanding selling techniques, clienteling,
