/p h3Job Description /h3 pTo assist in routine accounting operations, ensuring delivery of quality accounting services in accordance with the Department's requirements.
/p ul liMatch amounts in proprietary A/P system to vendor invoices /li liPrepare and issue schedules of payments /li liReconcile and resolve problem invoices /li liBuild key relationships with vendors in order to quickly resolve invoice issues /li liFile invoices,
statements and any accounting related documents when necessary /li liSupport Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments /li liEnsure communication with local branches /li liWorks with internal customers in Operations to provide support and assist with cost accounting and billing /li liOther tasks/duties as deemed appropriate by your management team /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGood computer skills (Word, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint) /li liMust be eligible to work in EU /li libFluent in English and Italian /b, both written and verbal /li liAbility to multi-task and prioritize throughout the workday while remaining focused and organized /li liDemonstrated ability to be pro-active in thought and action /li liAnalytical with strong attention to detail /li liEffective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results /li liAbility to work independently and in a collaborative team environment /li liWilling to pitch in and help on last minute projects or assist team members /li liExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
