You work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and projects stay on track. You manage PMO activities, coordinate procurement, and oversee risk and financial health. You will operate within ESA/ASI standards, driving successful mission outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.ResponsabilitàLead and manage complex space mission programs from concept to completion to achieve schedule, cost, and technical objectivesServe as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and capturing customer requirementsCoordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) for smooth project executionDirect PMO activities, including Procurement Managers, to ensure timely, within-budget deliverablesOrganize and lead project meetings, technical reviews, and workshops with clear outcomes and documentationOversee project finances: cost estimation, budget tracking, risk management, and performance reportingIdentify, assess,



and mitigate risks affecting schedule, budget, and performanceEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ESA, ASI) throughout the lifecycleRequisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of program management experience in space missions or aerospace projects, preferably with ESA/ASIGround segment management experience is a plus (C2, telemetry, comms)Proven leadership in building and guiding cross-disciplinary teamsDeep understanding of space mission standards and industry practices xysqume Strong financial acumen with cost estimation and budget managementExcellent English communication skills, both written and spokenNegotiation skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholdersFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologies (MS Project, ECSS, PMP)Fluency in EnglishPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification a plusInternational experience a plusleadership and people managementstrong communication and presentation skillsnegotiation and stakeholder managementMS ProjectECSSPMP
