In this role you will drive Environmental, Health & Safety due diligence and compliance projects for private equity, corporate and financial clients. You’ll assess EHS risks, conduct audits, and support M&A transaction advisory across diverse industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll communicate findings to clients and stakeholders and contribute to team development. liabilities and improvement opportunitiesPrepare high-quality technical reports and client deliverables in Italian and EnglishParticipate in site visits, client meetings, and interactions with external stakeholdersContribute to continuous development of the team and support business development activitiesSupport proposal preparation and client relationship management5+ years of professional experience in EHS consulting, compliance, auditing or related advisory servicesDemonstrated experience in EHS compliance audits and site assessmentsStrong knowledge of Italian xysqume environmental and occupational health & safety legislation (Legislative Decree 152/2006, 81/2008)Experience supporting EHS Due Diligence projects within M&A or transaction advisoryStrong analytical, report-writing and project execution skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)Experience with ESG assessments or sustainability due diligence (advantage)Knowledge of additional European languages (advantage)Analytical mindsetSite assessments#J-18808-Ljbffr
